Description: The auction is for 1 brass chandelier bobeche with ornamental design that is 4" in diameter and 3/8" high. The 1/2" wide flat shoulder has a threaded? 5/32" dia center opening for a standard 1/8" dia solid (not pipe!) to fit through and there are 5 pin holes to hang crystals from. This type of bobeche was widely used before the invention of hidden wiring that features hollow arms with 3/8" dia threaded nipple connectors. It has a visible hole for the wiring wrapped around the stem or arm to feed through to the socket. Please see image of a scketch attached. Weight is appr.3 oz un packed.
