Fastens at the side with hooks. Hem is finished with lace hem tape. Steampunk, Gothic, Victorian, Boho, Whimsigoth, Grunge The soft fabric is 65% Acetate and 35% Rayon. Dry Clean only. Marked as a size 12. See measurements for more information. Measurements are usually taken while garment is laid flat on surface.............then measurements are doubled for chest, waist and hips.
