Description: This frame is in good structural condition, but very ugly because of a lot of shallow scratches and general weathering from being left outside. On the bright side, all of the components came out without any issues and there is no visible rust inside the bottom bracket for seat tube. Included is a set of Tektro U-brakes that came with the bike when I got it. They are not original but worked perfectly fine when the bike was completely built up. I'm not sure about the sizing, 18" is usually a medium but this one has a shorter top tube and felt more like a small.
