SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING ,TAKE PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AS WELL AS THE INNER BOX TO HELP SHOW THE INTERNAL PACKAGING, AND OF THE DAMAGE TO THE ITEM ITSELF AS THIS WOULD BE REQUIRED. WITHOUT THESE PICS, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF I CAN NOT PROCESS THE CLAIM - YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED. THIS IS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO DAMAGE AND THE CLAIM PROCESS. I PACKAGE TO THE VERY BEST OF MY ABILITIES BUT ONCE IT IS IN THE CARRIERS HANDS IT MIGHT NOT GET HANDLED THE WAY WE WOULD LIKE.
