Description: 197-182 1952 GILBERT AMERICAN FLYER GREAT RUNNING S GAUGE #402 SILVER STREAK CHROME PLATED ALCO A DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE IN READY TO RUN CONDITION. The engine is clean, complete and rust free. The piece was serviced and layout tested and is a SUPER runner, the reverse unit works as it should, the on board Air Chime Whistle works, all end steps are present the decorative roof horn is unbroken. The chrome plating on the roof is worn (see pictures), the decals are all original, there is a link coupler on the rear. Ready to run, made in the USA. This diesel locomotive will fit any type of S scale railroad steam or diesel engine freight or passenger electric train set layout that features Gilbert American Flyer link couplers.
